What are the qualifications to live there?
Income must be 3 times the amount of rent, credit and criminal background checks are completed, and rental verification is completed by the former landlord.
Are bills included?
No, each resident pays for their own electric usage and we have a flat rate charge for water/sewer/trash
Do I have to have insurance?
Yes, we require $100,000 personal liability insurance.
